[One moment he had been with Ahsoka and Obi-Wan trying to escape Mortis as it crumbled away and the next... he had been enveloped in darkness, light shining from the stars around him and from portals that line his view. It's nowhere and everywhere all at once. He finds himself drawn to one of the portal and as he nears it, he feels himself almost falling towards it and into it.
When Anakin comes to, he tries to gather himself as quickly as he can and get a look at his surroundings. A house...? Has he been captured? Perhaps the Son wasn't truly dead, perhaps- There's no time, he thinks as he shakes his head at himself. His hands hover to his waist and a sense of relief washes over him when he finds his lightsaber where it should be. Anakin ignites the blade, and begins to make his way through his new surroundings.]
